This Warranty Agreement outlines the terms and conditions provided by Pelle Haus for all sofas purchased. We take pride in our craftsmanship and back every sofa with a 99-Year Warranty on selected components to ensure your comfort and confidence for years to come

We cover all labour and material costs for any manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Transportation fees (pickup, return delivery, and technician travel) are excluded from this warranty. All transportation charges shall be borne by the customer.

Warranty Coverage Details

A) 99-Year Warranty Coverage

Wood Frame & Structure – Covered for 99-Year against structural damage, wood-eating insects, or excessive creaking/sound issues caused by material fatigue.
Foam & Polyester Fiber – Covered for sagging, deformation, or loss of comfort.
Internal Springs & Belts – Covered for breakage or loss of elasticity.
Headrest Mechanism – 99-Year coverage for performance and function.
Sofa Legs – Covered for breakage or defects due to manufacturing fault.
Sewing & Stitching – Covered for unraveling or tearing caused by workmanship defects.

B) Limited Warranty Coverage

Recliner / Power Incliner Mechanism & Motor – 3 years warranty.
Genuine Leather – 2 years warranty for manufacturing defects only and not caused by external damage.

Leather warranty excludes normal wear and tear, fading, wrinkles, dryness cracks, scratches, or damage caused by friction, sunlight, pets, moisture, stains, or cleaning chemicals.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or exposure to sunlight, heat, or liquids.
Damage caused by wet tissues, unapproved leather cleaners, or chemical products.
Damage from body perspiration, body oils, or long-term skin contact.
Intentional or malicious damage of any kind.
Damage caused by humidity, moisture, or liquid spills (including water or alcohol).
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use in commercial, rental, or showroom settings.
Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Pelle Haus reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts at its sole discretion.
Replacement materials may differ slightly in color or texture due to natural variations.
This warranty represents the exclusive remedy and supersedes all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
Pelle Haus shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product use or service.
99-year coverage applies only while the leather is in usable condition. Once the leather has naturally worn out over the years, the sofa is considered beyond 99-year coverage.

Care Guide

Clean

Wipe with a damp, soft cloth regularly to remove dust and light dirt.

Avoid

Keep away from direct sunlight, heaters, or air-conditioner vents to prevent fading or drying.

Condition

Apply a leather conditioner every 3–6 months to keep the surface soft and prevent cracks.
